Why I do this

I help leaders own and love their careers and lives, but this was not always the case.

There was a time when I was exhausted, burned out, and overwhelmed by both work and life.

I constantly chased happiness and fulfillment outside of myself, always feeling like something was missing.

Unhappy and unfulfilled, I made the tough decision to leave my job.

Afraid of returning to the corporate world, I began working with executives, small businesses, and entrepreneurs to help them find their voice—something that felt natural given my background in communications.

But I noticed a recurring pattern: they did not believe in themselves, and neither did I.

Nothing changes if we do not change

This realization led me to coaching, where I reconnected with myself.

For the first time, I experienced self-fulfillment and true happiness in my work, my life, and within myself.
